Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for purchases made on JELCOS AI (https://www.jelcos.ai), operated by HOORECON IT-Sys Private Limited.
1. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings within the app, or by emailing us.
Cancellation stops all future billing — no further charges will be made after you cancel.
Your plan benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing period; the subscription is not renewed thereafter.
2. Cancelling Digital Reports / Services
One-time purchases (such as a digital report, credits or a single advisory session) can be cancelled only before the service has been delivered or the report has been generated. Once delivery has begun, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
3. When Cancellation Is Allowed
Subscriptions: at any time, effective from the next billing cycle.
Scheduled coaching/advisory sessions: cancellation is allowed before the scheduled session start time, subject to rescheduling where applicable.
Digital reports/credits: only before generation/consumption.
4. Effect on Future Billing
Cancelling a subscription stops all future recurring billing. You will not be charged again once the cancellation is confirmed.
5. Used / Delivered Digital Services
Digital services that have already been used, delivered or consumed (accessed reports, consumed credits, completed sessions) are not refundable upon cancellation. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
